Suggestion: Turn off automatic approval. Not sure if that is easier said than done, or not. Forum will be spammed to death if everyone is accepted with nothing but an email. Maybe make some question/answer requirements? I've seen so many forums go to ruin by the spammers. If the forums stays small then this might not be an issue. If it explodes, it will be a mess.

Thank you for the heads up. We are going to keep an eye on the spam for sure. To get everyone approved quickly started with the auto on. We will turn it off once we are up and going.
